Rebecca B. Sacks, Esq.

Rebecca practiced law in Massachusetts for five years and has been engaged in the legal placement and recruiting industry since 1996. Prior to starting her own legal placement firm, Rebecca enjoyed working as a Director for The Wallace Law Registry, a national legal placement agency. She has enjoyed placing experienced attorneys in national, international, small and mid-size firms as well as finding attorneys positions as General, Assistant GC, and Corporate Counsel in area corporations. In addition to legal placement, her services include career and job search consultation, resume consultation and design, interview coaching, and assistance with salary negotiations.

The cornerstone of Rebecca’s business philosophy rests on offering personalized service, and treating all candidates and clients with the utmost confidentiality and respect. Her long term relationships have resulted in a thorough familiarity with clients and candidates needs. Clients find that Rebecca takes the time to learn about their specific firm culture and introduces candidates who will compliment and add to their ranks.

Rebecca received her JD from New England School of Law, in Boston, MA, 1991. She graduated with the American Jurisprudence Award 1990 –Family Law, Dean’s List 1990-1991. Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Massachusetts, in Boston, MA, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1985, and was a member of the National Honor Society in Psychology, Psi-Chi.

Tobey S. Delano, Esq.

Tobey is a legal consultant and executive recruiter. She focuses on placing associates and partners of all levels at top-tier regional, national and international law firms. In addition to legal placement, Tobey’s services include career and job search consultation, resume consultation and design, interview coaching, and assistance with salary negotiations.

Prior to teaming up with Rebecca Sacks, Tobey first practiced law as an Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Worcester County. She then transitioned to civil litigation at Ficksman & Conley in Boston, focusing primarily on the defense of physicians, nurses, and hospitals in complex medical malpractice actions in State and Federal Courts. This personal experience gave her a strong understanding of how to assess the needs of high-level practicing lawyers and use that information to find the best fit within regional, national, and international legal markets.

Tobey earned her B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University in 2001 where she was a Division I Varsity Swimmer, Division I Varsity Water Polo player, and Academic All American (1997-1998). She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Dean’s List (2003-2006).
